The wine has a pale straw green colour with just the barest hint
of pink from the skins. It shows characteristic baking spices aromatics
along with ripe golden delicious apples, white peach and pear compote.
The barrel fermentation components show subtle nuttiness while the
wild yeast portion contributes a yoghurt like complexity.
The palate is satisfyingly full bodied with a modicum of
residual sugar to round out the mouthfeel.
